The fun continues as we giggled our way through this hour. Seriously, Kerry and Kira couldn't even get through the one-minute mediation without cracking up! And that's how we like it! Keeping things light, fun and not taking life too seriously! Even though we discuss some heavy crazy experiences happening in the world, we remind ourselves to find love, peace, joy and exploration of all the human range of experiences.

We love to get together and help each other though ups and downs, parenting and marriages, health and heartaches. Join us as we find humor in tragedy,  share ghost stories, admire each other's freak flag, and find our own superpowers!!

Movies we love - City of AnglesAvatarThe MatrixLucy, The Adjustment Bureau, Matt Damon's Hereafter, The Heat, Kung Fu Panda 3.

Albert Einstein has been quoted as saying:
“The most important question you can ever ask is if the world is a friendly place. For if we decide that the universe is an unfriendly place, then we will use our technology, our scientific discoveries and our natural resources to achieve safety and power by creating bigger walls to keep out the unfriendliness and bigger weapons to destroy all that which is unfriendly and I believe that we are getting to a place where technology is powerful enough that we may either completely isolate or destroy ourselves as well in this process.
If we decide that the universe is neither friendly nor unfriendly and that God is essentially ‘playing dice with the universe’, then we are simply victims to the random toss of the dice and our lives have no real purpose or meaning.
But if we decide that the universe is a friendly place, then we will use our technology, our scientific discoveries and our natural resources to create tools and models for understanding that universe. Because power and safety will come through understanding its workings and its motives.”
How our view of the world shapes our daily interactions!

Our hearts, love and strength go out to the entire LGBT family after the Orlando tragedy. “There is a saying in Tibetan, 'Tragedy should be utilized as a source of strength.'  No matter what sort of difficulties, how painful experience is, if we lose our hope, that's our real disaster.”  - Dalai Lama

OK...here were go with all things aliens!! Yes folks. We believe in many kinds of intelligence. Here's a few links to incredible information from Bashar channelled by Darryl Anka, teaching from Abraham Hicks and interesting how many celebrities who claim they have alien sightings or contact.

Anita Moorjani - Beautiful near death experience in her book "Dying to Be Me"
Eben Alexander - neurosurgeon whose near death experience proves the brain does not create consciousness and that consciousness survives bodily death in his book "Proof of Heaven"
Channeling Erik - a son in the afterlife sends back messages of love and healing.

Kira and I (Tiffanie) have been friends since the late 90's. We met when she did a brief stint at the famous Houston rock radio station, Rock 101 KLOL, and we often say our relationship was the best thing to come out of the experience! Our friendship has endured many twists and turns, and she's a soul sister and another mother to my kids.

Sending Kira and her family love and support on their move to Colorado!

I love meditation because it relaxes my mind and soul from all of the sufferings and hardships that I am experiencing in the present moment. This is a great help for all of the people out there who are feeling sad, confused and in pain and this is an article that will serve as a strength for all of us.
